In “Rooted in Balance: Finding Ground Through Movement”, you’ll discover how to cultivate stability, ease, and grace in your body and mind through Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® and the soothing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls.

Meet Event Hosts

Taro Iwamoto, Feldenkrais Practitioner, is beloved on the internet with 342K YouTube subscribers and 118K Instagram followers. He has been practicing as a movement coach since 2004, helping people worldwide overcome pain and limitations, allowing them to move easily and joyfully through the world. Yuka Iwamoto, Feldenkrais Practitioner and Vibrational Sound Therapy Certified Practitioner, brings 17 years of professional experience in movement-based practice, specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation and neurological retraining. With expertise in enhancing quality of life, she addresses challenges such as chronic pain, stress, and everyday performance.

What to Know Before Class

▹ Please arrive early.
▹ Wear comfortable layers and bring a mat, blanket, eye mask, towel, pillow, and water.
▹ Please keep quiet in the hallways due to ongoing therapy sessions in the building.
