Group Feldenkrais Movement Class
Bring presence, awareness and resilience into everyday life.
Uncover unconscious movement patterns that create and hold your pain. And then, with this understanding, explore new, non-habitual movements that offer a path to greater comfort, improved quality of movement and well-being.
Feel into habitual thinking patterns that trigger stress and spark uncomfortable emotions. Reorganize the connections between your body, your thoughts and your feelings to experience new patterns that support inner calm, resilience and confidence.
Learn to recognize when unconscious effort disrupts the flow of your process. Noticing the relationships within your body’s structure and experimenting with non-habitual connections transforms unconscious effort into an integrated and refined practice of greater ease and grace.

your body, mind and movement
Do you...
▹ Sense that movement is becoming more of a chore rather than a source of joy?
▹ Struggle with self-image, feeling the weight of declining physical condition and vitality?
▹ Long to reconnect with your body and find relief from tension and pain but don’t know where to start?
Aging facts:
As we age, natural declines in neurophysiological functions can lead to:
▹ Slower reflexes—affecting gait, balance and coordination
▹ Decreased flexibility and strength—impacting joyful movement
▹ Decline in physical and emotional well-being
The benefits of mindful movement:
Neuroscience shows that how we move, think, and feel today shapes our future well-being, helping us age with vitality, grace, and resilience. Feldenkrais Movement offers a gentle, mindful practice designed to enhance awareness and balance, supporting both physical and mental health. Through slow, guided movements, this practice stimulates the brain’s natural ability to adapt—neuroplasticity—helping you refine movement, reduce stress, and discover ease in your body and mind.
During this class, you will:
▹ Explore gentle movements that improve balance and physical ease.
▹ Enhance self-awareness to reduce tension, improve posture, and find inner calm.
▹ Experience deep relaxation and emotional release through the soothing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls.
Join us and take the first step toward discovering the profound benefits of mindful movement for yourself.
