Restorative Sound Healing & Mindfulness Meditation Event

Coming in February 2025!

The soothing sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls, combined with guided meditation, are designed to help you relax, restore and renew.

Experience the Power of Sound Healing

Release stress and achieve profound relaxation. Past participants have felt more grounded, with reduced muscle tension, relief from headaches, and a sense of calm. Many even enjoyed a “power nap,” often with gentle snoring! Whether you’re seeking relief from life’s demands or a moment of peace to restore balance and reconnect with yourself, this event offers a restful retreat for your mind and body.
