The soothing sounds of Himalayan Singing Bowls, combined with guided meditation, are designed to help you relax, restore and renew.

Many even enjoyed a “power nap,” often with gentle snoring! Whether you seek relief from work stress or peace during the holidays, this event offers a restful retreat for your mind and body.
Meet Event Host
Yuka Iwamoto: A Feldenkrais Practitioner and Vibrational Sound Therapy Certified Practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience, specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation and neurological retraining, Yuka enhances the quality of life for those facing challenges from chronic conditions and neurological disorders.

Please Come Prepared
▹ We'll start on time: Please be prepared to join the event on time. Door will open 10 minutes before the event.
▹ What to wear and what to bring to the event: Loose, comfortable clothing in warm layers and whatever you need to be relaxed during this event: yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, towel, pillow, bottle of water etc.
▹ No Shoes: You will be asked to take off your shoes inside of the studio per the facility’s policy.
▹ Healthy Hydration before and after the event: Our body tissue is made up of 70% water so the better hydrated you are before and after your session, the more you will benefit from this event. Water itself can carry vibration further, and well hydrated muscles will better absorb the vibration. In general, consuming 10 glasses of water per day is recommended
