In our Feldenkrais movement classes, we focus on cultivating awareness and paying attention to how our bodies move and feel. This practice enhances both physical and mental performance while tapping into the brain's incredible ability to adapt and grow—essentially allowing us to embrace aging mindfully.

This is more than just a movement and sound healing class– it’s an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, release stress, and embrace a state of ease and confidence that will carry you through every life. You’ll discover how to cultivate stability, ease, and grace in your body and mind through Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® and the soothing sounds of Himalayan singing bowls.

Meet Your Online Retreat Hosts

Taro Iwamoto, Feldenkrais Practitioner,has been guiding people toward ease and freedom in movement for over two decades. His approach helps individuals overcome pain and limitations, allowing them to move with greater comfort and joy. With a deep passion for nervous system retraining and mindful movement, Taro creates a welcoming space where people can reconnect with their bodies and experience lasting transformation. Yuka Iwamoto is a Feldenkrais Practitioner and Vibrational Sound Therapy Certified Practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation and neurological retraining. She focuses on enhancing quality of life for individuals facing challenges related to chronic conditions and neurological disorders.

What to Know Before Class:

▹ Please join early—Zoom will open 5 minutes before the class starts.
▹ Prepare a chair, mat, blanket, eye mask, towel, pillow, and water. Wear comfortable layers.
